Ideokinesis enhances the body’s capacity to have a more natural and authentic response to gravity. The body must be in balance, or excessive tension can disrupt the alignment of the bones. This video demonstrates the Constructive Rest Position combined with the use of imagery that allows for a mindful brain/body connection; allowing the neuro-muscular system to ‘self correct’. This video also encourages allowing time to settle in and notice how you can direct your focus and mind’s eye to find balance and ease.
