You do not need to be a dancer to do any of these stretches with Eric Rivera and his students. This is a movement activity that can be done in your choice of position: standing, seated, or in a laying down position. Choose what feels right for you on any given day. You are encouraged to return to this activity to try the other positions, or work your way up to those positions with a continued movement practice. And adding these stretches into your daily or weekly routine takes so little time.
